OUR STORY
ESTABLISHED in 1995.
Peel Park FC was formed in 1995, evolving from Park Inn FC, whose roots in local football stretch back to the late 1980s. Competing in the East Lancashire Football League, we have celebrated Second Division Cup success and Bob Little Cup victories in 2005 and 2025.
In 2023/24, we returned to the historic Peel Park ground, formerly home to Accrington Stanley, following a six-year absence and extensive improvements. A 20-year lease with Lancashire County Council and Peel Park Primary School has secured our home for the future.
Today, our community club continues to grow. Our Under-18s became unbeaten league champions in 2024/25, while our Under-11s give younger players the chance to develop within the Peel Park family. From our senior sides to our youth teams, we are building a welcoming club that local people can be proud to represent.
OUR MISSION
To give local players of all ages the opportunity to enjoy football, develop their abilities and represent their community in a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone can feel proud to wear the Peel Park shirt.

Our badge reflects Peel Park FC’s history, our home ground and the local heritage behind the club. Founded in 1995, these connections are represented throughout the crest.
The lion and stag were adopted from Accrington Stanley’s crest, acknowledging our connection to the club and the historic ground where we play.
The parsley leaf represents Robert Peel, who experimented with calico printing and developed a parsley leaf pattern that became his trademark.
